The Mi Note 10 and Mi 10 Pro both suffer from very soft corners due to the difficulty of making good lenses for large sensors and apertures. I noticed the P30 Pro has very sharp details all the way in comparison, so the Leica branding does seem to be wortj something.

Vanilla S20 & S20+ doesnt even have telephoto lens to begin with. The 64mp sensor is wide angle & magnification at x1.06, means that the 3x hybrid optical zoom are cropped. Its definitely a downgrade from S10.

                              Not to mention the cropped angle distortion kills the means of variable lens setup.

                                When I tested out S20 Ultra it was already looking pretty terrible at 2x magnification compared to my S10 and it definitely didn't seem like it was using a crop from 108MP mode. The same went for Live Focus mode - the portion of the image was clearly taken from a 12MP image.

                                Nonacell is not suitable for digital zooming after all, but this isn't surprising if you look at how CFA is arranged on a sensor. I mean, you honestly can't expect details to be captured well in full res when 9 pixels of the same colour are grouped together.

                                  I am referring to difference in size of sensors for TELEPHOTO camera not the main Camera.

                                  And that main camera with 52mp is a Quad Bayer sensor, so only 4to1 pixel binning at the HW Level.
                                  16to1 is a software implementation.
