It will be only available on Scandinavian, Nordic, and Japan. So gold your grudge, you can't have it.

Scarface007, 25 Feb 2020Almost all movies released in 2019-2020 are available in 4k... morewell, at least there are only few 4k content that we are able to get on netflix for some reason; must be a region restriction or something? i am from the philippines, by the way. in youtube, the channels i subscribe to rarely offer 4k videos.

to validate your claims, i have called netflix earlier to inquire about 4k content availability and the rep i spoke with said it is lesser than 20%, so i am right- there are still fewer4k content than fhd. i likewise have searched just now for 4k videos in youtube and it does give alot of results, this means youtube is only curating content on my homepage those that are related to what i mostly am interested in, and those are not 4k, so apologies for that.

imx 686 is mid range at best. Definitely beats everything in its class at 300-400 dollar price point but there are better sensors out there from Sony themselves which are way better than imx 686.

Xperia 1 II looks interesting. I'll take it in the beginning of next year for half price, no more than that. Pricing is very wrong right now. Just because S20+ is a better and seems cheaper option.

Scarface007, 25 Feb 2020Lol yeah that is why Xiaomi are using IMX 686 in Redmi k30 ... more686 is smaller.
I said it has more advanced tech. Which it is.
When pixels merge, the 2x2 on chip eliminates gaps between pixels.
Result is same of native bigger pixel. More light is caught than regular quadbayer.
            Which isocell does it?

Anyway, ask Xiaomi directly for a legit answer.

Its fine if you have the money but would you pay more than 5000 for an 8k tv when almost all content is HD and only some are only just in 4k? how often would people really need to film in 8k plus theres the amount of data that would require, so while maybe its ahead of the urve its gonna be a few years before 8k even becomes slightly mainstream

i agree with what somebody said earlier that 8k video capture is a gimmickry as of now, simply because even 4k is not that prevalent yet. we have 2 4k smart tvs at home and we are finding that even netflix and youtube does not have that many 4k contents; this is pretty much the same with hardware. i have seen a demo of an 8k tv and it is quite impressive indeed, but so far with quite prohibitive pricing on hardware (tvs) and the humongous bandwidth/storage such resolution eats up, 8k simply is not viable at the moment.
