Rv05, 27 Feb 2020Tab A 10.1 wifi-193$ and tab s5e-358$... which is good to b... moreI think you are better off with Tab A 10.1, since both are weak, at least for my normal use.
And there are no big differences between both aside from the memory space and the chip inside.
and since the cheaper one (Tab A 10.1 in this case) has Exynos chip inside (Samsung own chip) then it should work smooth enough.
and save the rest to get a better tablet in the future (although the Android tablet market is dead long time ago, last amazing tab in my humble opinion was Z4).
Hope that I helped!

Jaeger, 27 Feb 2020In fact, the SD670 inside the Galaxy Tab S5e is more powerful. That's my point! It is slightly better but because the new lite will be a '6' line it will probably be more expensive even though it will be weaker!

Just when I got excited for potential new 8.4 format... You boys below are right! Exynos 9611 is trash and I bet because of its name and current '6' in tablet lineup, it will be more expensive than S5e which has basically the same power.

Come on. Why not SD 730, 765, mediatek Helio G90, or even the older SD 710. Exynos mid-range chipsets are weak. I mean, mali g72 mp3?

Anonymous, 27 Feb 2020Look at all those leftover 9611 chipsets.Even if there isnt any leftover 9611 chipsets its better than using 7 series chipsets or buying 660 or 665 from qualcomm

Anonymous, 27 Feb 2020Look at all those leftover 9611 chipsets.Haha, came here to say the same :D
And on the same thing, it's kinda sh*tty fro mSamsung to not update S8 and so on that have the same Exynos and is more capable than say ... some A10, that run Android 10. I understand that they don't want to include new function but come one, specially at the selling price, 2 year of follow up is clearly not enough.
