I mean i just left my phone on the charger answered a few messages while it was applying updates and it works just fine we'll see in the morning!

Updated today and my sister's phone died. Shows android one screen but don't turn on anymore. And can't access recovery mode. Don't update. If already updated and your phone died try to flash stock android 9 rom. I couldn't do it and will pay for it.

Now in Bulgaria - the same, after update to A10, phone got bricked! Will try in the morning to revert back to A9 ...

It looks like the old system - Android Pie - had been deleted, but the new system wasn´t installed. The phone cannot be switched on. Thank you, Xiaomi, for great (and very late) system-update...

In EU Xiaomi has 2 year warranty so make sure to get a replacement
