Nokia can sue evn samsung , if it infringes any patents. Remember how apple tried to sue patent king nokia , and lost . It will nvr try to do that sort of mischief again

Oh dear what is Nokia doing.I remember the times when Nokia was just the best and Samsung phones were so fail.And now Nokia is just useless how can that be..

Normal thing... they cant steal. For example, you have a great idea and someone uses it in it's product and don't give you anything, that's stealing. So good for them, maybe someone will think about something new and we will see another way of handling antennas and other stuff

Nokia!can u boast that all your technology were invented by u? where u the one who invented phone? I dont think anybody has sued u for producing phones. If what you are saying about usurping ur technology by other companies is true,shouldn't u be happy that people are copying ur technology? In nigeria, this is what we call "bad belle". am sure the reason u're suing is because u feel that these companies will make profits from selling their phones. the truth is that if u were doing well in ur phones, u wont be boadered about that cos people will prefer to buy ur phones than buying other companies' phone who are imitating u. Therefore, my advise to u is that u should concentrate more on producing better phones than tracking those who are using ur technology. Two, always listen to what majority of the consumers are saying they want. many consumers profer android phones probably because of the availability of thousands of third party applications. why not begin to produce phones with android applications or better still, make ur simbian phones to support vast number of third party applications. If u want to popularize ur OS (Simbian), then make ur phones to be more enticing that androids

Nokia is digging their own grave by suing others, For sure they will sue back and Nokia will lose like Apple, But the difference Apple is strong and Nokia is a small weak fish can't fight big sharks like HTC and Viewsonic.
And frankly I'm very happy if Nokia finished so there will be no more backwardness in Phone technology and no more lame fanboys.

one thing u can identified from nokia fanboy, they always talk about past glory. well, let them be, the future is bleak it seems. if nokia gone the meego way many people would have without doubt join the revolution(me included). but well, its the CEO stephen Flop's decision, nothing could change it.
