And it's also home to substandard and fake phones. Nokia used to have great quality phones when their products were still assembled in Finland or somewhere else but when China takes over the quality has greatly collapsed.

china is very well competiting US.thats a reason now US is no longer the biggest smartphone market in the world.

The rest of the world could learn from the Chinese use of 3rd party app stores. Google and Apple's 30% cut takes the piss.
