AnonD-41547, 05 May 2012first of i was going to buy sgs3 but instead i got htc one ... morewell there isnt much difference between one x and sgs3 in the basic hardware ... plus i think performance differences isnt that much important they are so close to each other in benchmarks .. its only i would pickup sgs3 for other accessories hardware like expandable storage and big battery and i really how colors look in super amoled :D.plus that extra)software features it got (although i guess anysoftware feature can be easly ported to other devices as long as the second device has the needed hardware we just need a gd developer :P " ...in the other hand ONE x " being a tegra chip phone " would give me more interesting exclusive games :/..but wat the hell :D there is chainfire 3D.....so after all most probably if im about to get a phone next month i would get a SGS 3

that sucks you know! its android, i dont want a phone that i cant customize, cuz that is the only good thing about androids phones!!!
if i cant customize my android phone i prefer chose a windows phone or a iphone cuz those phones are better for play and work!

grayhawk11, 05 May 2012i thought they did away with the locked bootloader policy ... moreI'm surprised at people who read an article where it states that the carrier specifies they don't want an unlocked bootloader and someone blames HTC for it, its the carrier that decides what their customers can do, they have that much power over manufacturers so switch carriers or enjoy the bloated stock ROM full of carrier software, your choice

definitely it matters. as it is ANDROID, ppl do want it to be able to put in their own custom roms.
but maybe they will release the code in 1~2 yrs time.
