Definately on my list of phones to consider, especially if the 128GB version is confirmed. And when the size is right and it's not too big, it will be a great competitor to the iPhone SE 2020. Going to be a close race between the two!

Poor quality hardware (not specs but hardware manufacturing quality) and buggy software. The same going on since the nexus era. Almost zero customer retention, yes including myself i know of 2 more who used and hated google phones. At this rate google might as well just give up.

Also a lot of android interfaces contain bloatware and fringe features that aren't necessarily removable and the android release might not be well optimized or receive more than a single update.
I'm not saying your points aren't valid but they don't represent necessarily the average consumer or issues that everyone will have with the device.

Ddh, 10 Apr 2020I hope this cancerous defected screen trend dies after punc... moreseriously, i would rather have a phone with a teardrop notch than that ugly thing on the sides and tbh, i still don't understand whats the point of 2 front cameras in the first place, one is more than enough and if only companies can make a version of their phones without a selfie camera i would buy it right away, i have never took a selfie in my life and pretty damn sure i won't.
whats next? 3 or 4 front facing cameras? maybe in the s25 or some shit like that.

Also, i wouldn't consider stock android an advantage as it lacks many features and other OS like one ui, miui 11 looks modern and is well polished nowadays like stock.

If it were 365€ it'd have some chance of making it, but it will likely start at 400 and be a dud. Seriously, a 3000 mAh battery in such a device is pitiful, Apple's iPhone SE 2020 will destroy it on all fronts in the same price bracket.

Many brands got better with their phones getting better and competitive.
Andoid OS after so many generations is polished and stable and there is no craze for new OS updates any more as before.
I do not see the point of this phone. Actually it is hard to see anyone splashing more than 200-300€ for a phone nowadays.
The main selling points today are high refresh screens and fast charging batteries. Notches, motorized pop-up cameras, sound vibrating glasses, 10000 mpx binned resolutions which nobody uses (they all come back to 12mpx by default) are all gimmicks and marketing tricks.
