I don't want to explain any futher but if you know how to read their whole review, you'll know why. The problem is when people assumes which is better by just looking at the final score, that's the main problem is. People concluding at the minimal amount of data. lol.

I bought the Mi Note 10 based on DxOMark's review and it has been a disappointment, although it's OK for the price. But I have also compared the Huawei P30 and it similarly gives me overall worse pics than the iPhone 11, which is much better balanced overall.
The Mi Note 10 especially takes some great shots in perfect light, but it's not consistent at all. In less than perfect light the zooms are substandard and even in good light they over-process badly most of the time.

It seems all "mid A series" are just Samsung's way to justify it's high end, blown up, prices.
Other companies sell better, high end, camera specs for lower price.
Don't be fooled by their numbers game!
Let them go back to the drawing board.

At least Samsung got balls to send their premium mid-ranger to be tested by DXO. Some companies can't even be bothered to send their flagship to DXO for tests

You can never compare DxOMark ratings because they are never fixed. Old flagships had single cameras and incapable of bokeh and other effects. DxOMark's camera score weighting methods have changed to incorporate new categories/items. Nobody other than DxOMark has an idea how the weighting system has changed because they never show it in the first place. So no, better read other website reviews and gsmarena's photo compare tool than base your buying decision on DxOMark camera ratings only. Besides, not all people place 100% importance on camera performance alone and 0% on other features. Many like me, give 15% importance on dedicated micro sd card slot (triple slots in all), 10% screen size and resolution, 15% Widevine L1 certification, 10% processor speed/RAM (must be snapdragon), 5% FM radio, 5% headphone jack, 5% super fast charging, 15% 4500mAh battery or higher, 15% camera performance and 5% other aspects (IR blaster, software updates, GCam and custom ROM options, etc.)

Unfortunately, the score given by DxO, is a false one. It's not just this phone, it is a lot more.
In any other review it shows that this A71 is superior to the A70, so never inferior to the A50. I could compare it to MI9T, and the A71 is otherwise superior.
DxO writes nothing but crap
Very few things they write are true and correct. The rest is only for a fee...

I am currently using the A71 and the photos in good conditions are more than good and the video is very well stabilized using super steady option so I don't believe in DxOMark at all.

Could just buy S10e at lower price than this A71. Well, I'm not expecting flagship level for A series anyway.

It means that A50 (exynoz) better than this phone, the conclusion is exynoz team and snapdragons team didn't worked together, they are managed their jobs without discussing. I mean for samples, just see samsung comparisons between Samsung flagship S series with SD or EXn, the result of camera really different.
