Galaxy Ace has same price as Lumia 710 in my country, and yes, Lumia 710 has better hardware and user experience.
And please, dont try to teach me as to what i should like.

              During what period?

I would suspect this sales figure is since Lumia started to sell in China. Also the have omitted all phones and used only what is considered smartphones as comparison.

LOL! Of course, this is very unlikely. More likely, it is only a marketing gimmick... maybe that 7% is the number of wp7 phones that have been sold from the Lumia launch compared to total smartphone sales, which does not mean that they have 7% of the market, just that they have sold 7% in the few weeks after the launch. Furthermore, which is the source? "reportedly"... by whom?
I think that such statistics without any context and source information should not even be published.

Would love to see WP sell like hot cakes. Its a really good OS, smooth fast and simple. And compared to android at same price, WP is much better.

After all the dirty marketing tricks from MS this sounds a little bit fishy. But if true, then WP starts to see the light. Chinese smart phones market has a huge potential. Even if it's the only market where they could establish a dominance in the short term, it will give them enough to sustain this high bet and make it profitable.

Was in Russia a few weeks ago and managed to see what my friedns and other people were using. I think i might have gone therough 1000 phones during my stay..out of interest. Not one WP phone....yes not one. IOS and Android OS ruled. So i don't know where GSM arena gets it's intel but on the ground..no way WP is gaining momentum especially with their market place closing down

Well when a year ago I heard Ballmer say that the revolution of the smart phone would be changed with WP7.5 I laughed. In December I accidentally bought the Nokia Lumia 800 just for laughs, and since then I have dropped my Apple and used the Nokia 800, and week ago got the Nokia Lumia 900, and if anybody here still doubts what is said above, then your eyes have been closed, and when you open it, WP7.5 then WP8 will be on top of your head. If the iPhone 5 is not out by the third quarter, they are in for a big surprise. Noika is back, and boy Lumia 900 , what a phone and WP7.5 , outstanding.
