Every day, they are settling lawsuits for violating their own terms.

Next thing, you gonna tell me, Google doesn't engage in censorship of content that goes against the narrative. The company response always is denial. Same thing for Facebook, Twitter, etc. But the same censorship is well documented by several people.

    They don't get fined in USA coz they cut a deal with the NSA.

Spies will acquire your information and sell it to the higher bidder, or were paid to acquire some informarion. Google and Apple acquire your information, but don't sell your information to others.

      As of google, they sell ads. They say to the businessman that want their product to be more visible: we have *******(whatever number) potentially interested in a product you are offering. They agree on the trade and Google will present it to you based on the interest they acquired from you. But thwy would not share your info to the businessman.

      So by definition, Google isn't a spy.

        And no, you can't turn off spying on your phone Apple, Android or otherwise.
