It is a great phone. I really like the size and the price

      So my money wasn't wasted.

In fact I was going to buy the S20U, that way I could have both waterproofing and high refresh rate display all in one package. But after the bad reviews especially Exynos version and that expensive price tag, I decided to wait. So my money is still intact.

That explains a lot :D clearly we prefer different things, so move on. Isn’t it good that we have choices for everyone needs?

And they are more reliable than bendable iGarbage which cost 1000 dollars.

Besides, I use S10/ROG 2, none of them are 400 dollars. so the jokes on you.

            Security issues? Lol
Unless a group of hackers specifically target you using the security hole or vulnerability (if it exists) which is not fixed through a security patch, you have nothing to worry about. The likelihood of such a thing happening is 0.00001%.

So lack of security patches don't affect the end user in the real world.
Ppl and several businesses used Intel chipsets for years without issues despite the Spectre & Meltdown vulnerabilities. As I said, unless a team of hackers specifically target you exploiting that security loophole, you are safe.

Ppl continue to fall for marketing gimmicks where they feel if they don't have the latest security patch, they are vulnerable or worse the phone becomes unusable after 2 years. These are the same people that can be hacked using a simple phising link and they are worried about vulnerabilities in the system that are less likely a threat.

Good luck with security issues that can't be solved via software updates.

I would rather spend a little bit more on something dependable.

Fact is still that most who pay more for their phones choose iPhone. Android owns low end market where Apple doesn’t have phone to sell, most of Android share comes from there, because parents buy cheap Androids for their kids. Android also owns mid end market, but now Apple is there too and will change that market. Apple already own and have always owned high end and ultra high end market. Apple also owns enterprise market. Which again are market who have money and they choose iPhone.

My point stands that OS of choice is still Android irrespective of marketshare of different Android companies. You'd see similar differences in marketshare had iOS been launched by multiple companies. But the truth is that iOS is laughable in terms of general use and the same is reflected in their marketshare.

                    Lot of maybe's huh?
Those Android users don't want cheap quality bendable products at premium prices.
A fool and his money are soon parted.

Keep lying about fast charging and other tech to justify your fruit logo purchase.

90% of people who buy smartphones have no clue about internals, they aren’t brainwashed by paper specs like few Android fanboys. People don’t need to care about internals if the product works well.

It doesn’t show in paper why some product is good and some not. If internals are so important why Android flagship sales getting worse every year and iPhone sales go up? Clearly software and how the product feels in use is more important because nothing else could explain why Android flagship sales are so low, for example galaxy s series sales been down since S4, why don’t people want those galaxies anymore?

                      ” Apple’s iPhone 11 is the best-selling smartphone in China for Q1”

And no, maybe 25% of those people prefer android, maybe 50% don't even care and just need a $100 smartphone, and maybe the other 25% want apple products, but can't afford them. On the other hand, like 98% of people who use iPhones actually want iPhone(high customer satisfaction rate). And before you say the ecosystem, the ecosystem is the reason people actually want to buy an iPhone.

And, 99% of people don't care about internals. They need a good quality phone, good camera proccesing, and good ecosystem.

SLSAHXOHVOMVN, 29 Apr 2020"YEESSS, android releases such brand new innovations! Like ... more1000 bucks for "bendable garbage"? Bendgate happened with iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 only(besides iPads).
"Cheap quality parts?" Yo, that iPad has better quality parts than all those plastic android phones out there.
And for once, JUST SHUSH ABOUT THE "slows down battery AND cpu with time" thing. Like I said A MILLION DIFFERENT TIMES, it is either super fast battery degration with faster charging on androids, or slightly slower cpu times on iPhone. Heck, even fans like you say "diminishing returns".

And, android still hasn't fixed curved screens. Before you say s20 series has smaller curve, they are still curves.

And who is going to bend their iPads and iPhones as hard as testers will? On the other hand, you don't have a say on when the note7 battery will explode. And take a look, debris is much more likely gonna get in that galaxy fold hinge than you bending your iPhone or iPad for whatever reason.

Yes, both samsung galaxy note 7 and fold got recalled, but a smartphone shouldn't have such an issue to begin with.

Just like galaxy fold became most succesful folding phone, iPhone X(succesor of iPhone 6, although not direct) and iPhone XR became one of the most succesful smartphones of 2017 and 2018, respectively.

                              >>Galaxy Fold recalled and launched again only to become the most successful foldable right now.
Galaxy Note 7 recalled and its successor had no such issues.
Android manufacturers fix issues unlike Apple which tell you that you are not holding the phone right, refusing to accept their design flaws.
Oh did you forget the so called premium iPad bending? Using cheap quality parts and selling it at higher price. Or the cheap labor used to manufacture products who are often subjected to inhuman conditions just so that company makes more profits.
Or the innovative update feature which slows down battery and cpu with time? Shameless!
Or the iPhone bend gate. 1000 dollars for bendable garbage. No Thanx.

I won't bother listing all the hardware/software innovations in the Android world since the list is too long.
Your iPhone might actually get burnt by all the jealousy in the process.

Lol there might be a small decline in percentage. It's has always been steadily growing each year. If you look at graph of marketshare for last 10 years, Android keeps going up and iOS keeps going down only receiving a minor bump last year.
Apple was on a consistent decline for a decade, received only a small bump in percentage last year.
So technically more ppl still prefer Android and are pretty happy with it.

So called satisfied users of Apple are blind brand boys, most of them have no clue about the internals. They just blindly buy it for that fruit logo.
You should look ar their faces when they realize other phones can do so much more and have so many revolutionary features. It's a nice facepalm moment for them.
