WAIT. Like I said, you cannot compare a company to a cologmerate or multiple companies. Android represents multiple companies, while apple represents only one. It's not like all the Android companies suddenly became one giant corporation making different phones.

And only people like you and me actually care about the display specs, camera specs, etc.

    Android marketshare is down, i guess that really reflects the situation, more and more people are releasing how fragmented crap Android is and everyday people want to invest more money for their phones and most who really want to have good phone pick iPhone. It really tells a lot. People just donÂ’t want to pay lot for Android phone, but people easily pay lot for iPhone because they know they get value for the price for many many years. No wonder why Apple have most satisfied users year after year with all their products.

      IOS has tiny user base compared to Android. There you go.. Fixed it for you.

      The same fighting between Android manufacturers gives birth to new innovations and new things for consumers. Things which would simply not exist on smartphones had it been for Apple having larger marketshare. So the same rivalry between android manufacturers actually helping and benifiting the end consumers.

      Apple stopped innovating long back. It can only play catchup now. No wonder ppl are so happy to have Android and the marketshare reflects the same. IOS will never be as successful as Android. You need innovative products to get back that marketshare, not rebranded old products like SE 2020.

        Truth is Apple is company Android is operating system, Android has nothing. ThereÂ’s no benefit to combine Android OEMs together, they are fighting with each other and stealing each other sales, not helping each others, so, so what if Android have big user base?

        Apple is actually the one who benefit from their users no matter what the size is, because they have own ecosystem where users spend money. Apple also have most valuable user base in the market. When someone buy Samsung smartphone thatÂÂ’s all what Samsung get from thst user, while Apple user keep using money in ecosystem and Apple will get money from those users years after.

          Plenty of ppl are completely satisfied with 200 dollar Android phones as they simply work and get the job done. Also plenty of them providing better things and features than 400 dollar SE They just want something that works and doesn't break the bank as they aren't heavy users.
          It also allows them to switch phones according to new design, features, etc.
          They don't have to wait for jailer to decide what users get and what they don't. None of those users are interested in keeping phones for 5 years as technology matures faster at 2 year pace in smartphone world. So a cheap device that does the job and allows a smooth upgrade path regularly without breaking the bank is only provided by Android. This is why Android is the OS of choice.

          Truth remains that Apple has tiny user base compared to Android.

But iPhone 11 pro seems to be either the top 1 or top 2 in top 5 battery tests. It probably doesn't have the best battery life(energizer P18k holds that crown), but it's very good.

                Before you say iPhone has even smaller battery, remember it has an LCD + low resolution+good power management, which should help.

                    Bruh, I already told you a million times that android gets its marketshare out of cheap budget devices? If android only sold premium smartphones, apple's marketshare would go way up.

                                  5 year old Android versions can do things that current iOS can't. Heck the features that would come with iOS in 2025 are all features that have existed on Android in 2015. Android is 10 years ahead in terms of functionality. Your toy OS simply can't compete.

                                        Android phones at the 400 / 500 range feel like stale cabbage. Although they mimic top end devices they have in fact cut a number of corners like using plastic casing, old generation chips, average or below average cameras and hardy get any update beyond the version of OS that ships in. That means in less than two years they feel and behave like 5 years old devices. The iPhone SE despite its mid range pricing is in fact a top end, premium device built in a metallic and glass casing, with an excellent camera and more significantly the best and fastest chip money can buy. That means even after 4 years of use this iPhone will continue to be fast and smooth and to be enjoyed the same like the first day of its purchase. I’m sure that the majority of people who buy phones in this price range expect to hold on to their phones for as long as possible and there is no doubt that the iPhone SE is the only phone in its category that better fulfills this expectation.
