I afraid apple will sue PC's for copying there mouse technology. So immature company is it. They should focus on there softwares instead of these bullshit activities.

Even a kid can recognize an iphone from a galaxy series phone.. They don't look the same! The purpose of apple to sue samsung is to eliminate the galaxy series which kills the iphone in the market. well apple just want to monopolize the market! That's a selfish. type of competition.

Samsung is the global #1 electronic giant. Apple products are costly as they dont manufacture product completly by Apple Corp. They are Samsung's largest customer. So people usually think the product will be better due to cost. Apple just use attractive body to make user feel like hmm.. the product really look costlier and might be better. Since Samsung manufacture every single part by themselves so their product are cheaper. Apple will go in loss if they tag their product similiar to Samsung price. Apple just want to be in news and that is just a free publicity for them. After merger of Motorola and Google, Apple will have even more tough time. Apple will have another bite on their logo. Whereas iOS have lots of limitation and 99% are jailbroken. Android is open source OS. Every possibilities are open here. Every time just stick with itune to transfer media and this is totally annoying in iOS.
Apple blame for copying them, but in actually apple cut-paste anything and say its their innovation. Isn't it ridiculous?

all this suing and injunctions just limits the amount of great things these companies can make. everything in this world started off with a lesser product and people tinker around and make it better. i.e. music tracks will end up having the same chord, tune and bpm. if they are battling about patents then IBM should sue everyone for patent infringement of a smartphone; the concept, functionality etc. IBM would be raking in!

The people who support apple are such a riot rofl. Just go check your facts first before you post and make people more ignorant. Apple is a company that is known to sue sue and sue again. Apple is a corporation that just wants your money look at a price comparison between the iPhone 4s and Galaxy SIII. Why is the 4s even in that price range?

I think apple could not sue those Chinese (i)phone is because the design is totally different, they have replaceable battery. Just tell me why everyone goes to school? They learn (copy) what other other people have know and hopefully can create something better! I would say they were exchanging ideas and make things better!
