Market is saturated by a flood of similar devices that all do the same thing, and people are also in financial criyis because of Coronavirus outbreak, this is pretty much expected outcome.

OnePlus 7 Pro 12/2656 is more than enough for me for this and next year. I want buy a phone with a notch or punch hole and all phones nowadays have a punch hole. What is different between phone and a smartphone? SCREEN. For me it is most important part of the phone. I know that there are people who can live with the punch holes but for me it is number one argument to not buy it.

dbjungle, 01 May 2020The health crisis smashed the demand, but almost all of the... moreI agree, not a fan of the rounded screen, easier to break and no removable battery. That's why I am buying the Samsung XCover Pro, ear phone jack, removable battery and moderately tough and a flat screen.
I did considered Google pixel for good camera..but again no removable battery and a few other things I did not like.
The Samsung S10+, note 10 and S-20+ were considered as well. But it just felt like for me as a consumer, that I was going to paying a lot of money. Which would get a nice phone but it had features I wished were not there.

That is not racist..its not about a people. Its about a system of government that could have and should have let the world know. Especially in light of this happening 20 years ago with SARS outbreak. You would have thought they had learned and would have reacted sooner to spread the alarm.

The health crisis smashed the demand, but almost all of the phones in 2020 have been big or curved screens with a punch hole or both. So that's probably not helping to regurgitate the same thing over and over.

Xiaomi need to stop release a new phone every 6 or 8 months without any real improvemnt like RN9 Pro and release every 1 year a real ugrade and make profits.
And good, Xiaomi is growing nice and fast.

But at the same time we all can see the supply is much more than demand, and so many flagships released at the same time.
And on top of that - the current financial crisis.
I believe whoever have the patience and can wait a few months, will get much better deals.
I want my new phone and I am tempted to buy now, but trying to resist.
Well, not sure how long I will resist, though :)
