    Just one question.
what the double slide is for when they already put dedicated music button?
Anyway the designe is better than both N95 if they remove those dedicated music button.

its really sad that the design of nokia is still the way it was from the beginning.

Is this n81 with a bigger screen ? thats all for the design. They should implement more innovative design like samsung and sony ericsson and lg.

I'm not buying this what ever the specs sheet looks like.

Thank God its going to be released the N96 an Nokia will have learnt about the software being put on the N96 after the N95 batterylife got drained out that quick that made a brilliant mobile a bit annoying,an being unable to use the functions on a mobile, like to price of the N96 an the 16gb of memory will really up the price of the N96,lets wait an see what other phones Nokia will be announcing at the Barcelona Gsm Festival

Has the N81 look with the screen size of the N95 8gb. Maybe its just me but this one looks fuglier than the N82. I'm terribly disappointed. Aside from the sweet storage capacity, nothing really impresses.

this is bound to be fake bcuz what's the use of a double slider when it already has dedicated music keys on the front panel around the navigation keys. Bah, Humbug!

I work for o2 and have not yet herd any news on the n96 usually nokia bring the handsets in to look at. the pictures look great and if the battery life and software problems have been corrected then the handset will be ideal, it also looks thinner which is a bonus. chances are it will be available foc on a minimum of a £45 tariff on an 18 month contract, now for all users on o2 my advice is to hang on 3-4 months from the N96's launch date to check feedback on handset quality and for a price drop. ANY QUESTIONS ON ANY HANDSET AVAILABLE ON O2 POST YOUR COMMENT ON HERE AND I WILL GIVE YOU ADVICE VIA THIS COMMENT PAGE.

i think that nokia should give the fones time to settle in the market before bringing out a new adition.i mean, nokia brings out a N95, and not to long after that a N95 Music.I am to scared to even buy a Nokia now days, because of way nokia'a fone price goes down!!!!...and then when u fork out so much money for the fone,u end up with the fone been out-dated in less than a year, well in nokia's case,a few months!...i know the cellphone market is moving very fast and new brands are popping up,but nokia, please come up with something new that people wont actually expect or be able to predict!

Yep can't help but agree with Alastair, you get an N81, put it double slider and better camera, you get N96? kind of sad, really. I really hope this is still a fake.
The other fake with the double QWERTY pad was much more exciting, plus I see this as a step backward for Nokia, they could at least have changed the looks. All of the N's (OK, maybe not in the case of N90, N92 and N93) are clearly distinguishable, and now you get an N96 which is exactly the same as N81? Lame.

i want to buy N82, but now N96 appears to steal my choice again, when will i buy a new phone if nokia always prompt a new one?but i dun't like slide one, how about N82i with a big screen and update to a great sound quality??

Dang it! And I bought myself a N95 8GB, not to mention a previous owner of N81 8GB. Should've just waited a little longer. Man, Nokia is making me regret my purchases. Nevertheless, they are the best mobile manufacturer as of now. I'll most likely be swapping my trusty N95 8GB over this monster N96 16GB.
