That feeling when you ruin the screen with ultra-ugly double selfie camera and still fail to deliver proper results... EPIC FAIL!
/still though, DxOMark is a joke and is not meant to be taken seriously, they give ratings based on how much you fill their pockets. Crooks!

Huawei Selfi cameras are bit artificial and not up to the mark! They reverse complement their fantastic Backside cameras this is based on my personal experience with Mate 20 Pro & Honor 10...

Dxomark is paid, don't you know, this phone has same selfie cam has Nova 6 5g, which is an upper mid range device aside from having auto focus and the scores are so different

DxO's rating is like a paid sea of fraud. They rated OP8 series display as the best display and look what we have here now. I am quite sure the screen has to go through a lot of varied test cases to qualify for a rating and seeing how OP8 phones are functioning differently with green/black tinting, this should have been caught earlier.
Again, ethics have got nothing to do with sales and marketing.

Just because DxOMark scored the V30 Pro's main rear camera among the BEST while scoring tge V30 Pro's selfie camera as MEDIOCRE doesn't mean DxOMark's PUBLICITY oriented CAMERA ratings are RELIABLE. At best, they are DUBIOUS and I wouldn't change my viewpoint on DxOMark's credibility, not until they post their 'proprietary' and 'confidential mapping' of sub-scores into a combined score for everyone to VERIFY COMPUTATIONS and to CHECK if they have been CONSISTENT in using the same weighting methods in ALL of the phones they ever reviewed.

seems like the current crop of high-end phones "selfie" camera suck. my wife's S20 isn't that great, I thought it would be better. And, I think her S8 had a better selfie camera.

Is DxO going back and retro-actively reviewing front cameras? If so I think this is a great thing. There are a lot of phones with good back camera performance, but most phones have mediocre front cams.

if the specifications are mid range then it shouldn't be expensive with selfie cameras that have an unimpressive score from dxomark.
