It seems to be a phone that's closely related to the Redmi Note 9 Pro.

I feel so annoyed why all the devices need a pro behind. Everything is pro nowadays

        Weekly release now?

pro, 06 May 2020poco is dead :/Yeah, Poco was dead with the moment not rebranding Xiaomi Mi9t/K20 and Mi9t Pro/K20 Pro for Poco F2/F2 Pro. Now, it doesn't make sense.

The Poco brand is nothing but a joke. It does not create their own phones, but instead, rebrand cheap phones from their parent company and make it more expensive. Certainly not the Poco that we thought we'd continue to get after the Poco F1 was released.

They are flooding the market to target every price point imaginable. Xiaomi is also using the Poco brand name to capitalize on its popularity even though the devices do not come close to the Poco F1 flagship killer phone at the time.

the Xiaomi bang for your buck era is over and it is time to move on. It really hurts to see that the K30 pro here in europe will cost at around 700 euros whilst the same device in China costs around 400 euros.

This is insane. So we have the Poco M2 Pro, then the Redmi Note 9S and the Redmi Note 9 Pro that are the same. Then there is the Note 9 Pro Max, which is a Pro with a different front and rear camera and faster charging. What's next? The Xiaomi Redmi Poco MI F1T Max Pro S?

The Poco F2 Pro has turned out to be an absolute garbage (600 eur for a phone with 60 Hz and meme depth sensor... Epic fail!), so they might try the 'ugly friend' technique with the M2 Pro (if you're unattractive and go to a bar with even less attractive friend, you look better in comparison) - if they give the M2 Pro a higher refresh screen, an SD card slot and price it around 250€, it will look like an amazing deal next to the F2 Pro...

But let's be honest, Xiaomi and all of its sub-brands completely dropped the ball, they're just going to slap some mediocre 60Hz screen, a meme depth/macro sensors and will try to sell it with premium price tag while trying to milk money out of people who still associate Pocophone with great price/performance ratio.
