LG made the same mistake as the launch of LG G6 Price as for a flagship but a worse processor than the competition and nothing that would make this phone stand out.Added to this is the bad update history and the poor recognized brand in the smartphone department.

The phone is perfect, ip rating , p oled screen , big screen , good spec , ois ،،and A company with originality، And it's not Chinese! But It costs a lot , The price of this must 500-450$

I owned so many LG phones that people would probably call me an LG fanboy, but I gotta say this one is garbage. I'm sorry. Sure it looks nice, but the specs at that price? If only it had a decent camera... But nope, it has a crap Samsung sensor. What was LG thinking with this one. Just buy the V60 which is infinitely better than this phone.

Lol, we need functionality not the looks, this phone is doomed completely to fail with this price tag, why not to take flagship from other brand with better cameras and lerformance, why should anyone care about Velvet for this price?

And people like you are saying, "Ah is ok price, because it has this and that and can do this and that".
I get it, technology comes at a price, but who decides what is the best price? Companies who want only bigger and bigger profits, or us as consumers, who are keeping them alive.
And trust me when I say this, there are very good phones at below 500$ price point. Also, those 1000$ phones don't cost 900$ to be manufactured. So, where is the truth and justice in this one?

So LG should've taken that into account and not doubled the price. Most of us can live without a stylus. Personally, I'd be fine without 5G as well, if it allowed for a smaller price.

i don't think this will be more rugged than existing phones. The curved front and back will definitely crack on drop. It will be interesting to see jerryrig tests this.

LG lost touch with reality a long time ago. They no longer have the brand value to justify their astronomical prices. Furthermore, these specs are found on sub 500 dollar phones. At the end of the day, they will completely kill the entire brand.

Honestly, with Huawei lost at see, in EU and US, why is the only company Apple that is trying for great cameras batteries and screens, and proper size range? If Apple can do it, Android manufacturers should be able to do it it for £200 less.
