Was looking at LG Q70,a 150euro phone that LG tries to sell for 320euros...same thing with this Velvet thing... it's fine,it looks ok,specs are fine too,but for 350euro,tops...I guess,with this philosophy, it's going to be another rainy year for LG...

LG mistakenly think the reason their sales are poor is because their phones aren't colourful or pretty enough.
When in reality it's because of them being overpriced and under advertised.
Good specs on this phone but it's actually more expensive than the flagship V60

$600 US and it would've been just fine. Having 5G, IP rating, MIL-STD-G rating, and 8GB of RAM do put this price above most mid-rangers but with that useless Depth Sensor, no DAC, and a weak Ultrawide camera don't help this thing.
Honestly, had this thing had a SnapDragon 835 with the rest of the hardware but sold for like $400, this would've been MUCH better.
Or on fact, $735 should've had the Snapdragon 855+ on board. THAT would've made it worth it at this current price.

At current price, probably not a great deal. But a price drop would make it mighty compelling. The specs and features are good. No compromises there.

The listed price is nothing special but LG phones depreciate a LOT so it won't be too hard to get this for a good price.

It is not a stylus phone... You can use a stylus pen accesory but you cant put it or carry it inside the phone so is another external device to carry that you can lose or forget easily as you can't put it inside the phone. You have to pay additional price for the stylus, idem for the double display accesory. Those are sold separately. $$$$
It's a mid-ranger highly overpriced. It only have a single useful rear camera, the other two are a joke, imagine the photos at night with that 8MP ultrawide camera or the cheap 5MP camera.

Price needs to go down. Unfortunately it's also Qualcomm's mistake of making 5G mandatory with its stupid modem. Coverage of 5G is non-existent in many countries. It should have been a fine handset in my opinion (LG V60 is pretty good).

I think LG is great but this smartphone is not aiming to the stars, We have to also have on mind the quality of the sound, it's a unique phone in every single aspect (no High refresh rate but at least you can use the two screens), however I would pay attention to the next Device

LG lost their mind completely ! This phone is going to cost 675 Euros in my country ! Say what ?? They must be smoking some bad weed or something. Huawei P40 Pro is 790 Euros, how can you be insane to pay 675 euros for a low-middle end phone ? Damn ...
