Well this was disappointing. The DxOMark scores should be taken with a grain of salt but even then this is underwhelming. The final scores and the detailed scores are almost same as Note10+ which means even with better hardware and more processing power the resultant photos don't see much improvement. Not to say its bad.
I have seen photos from Note10+ and they generally turn out very good. But I was hoping for better photos on S20+ considering much better camera spec.
Can someone who has seen photos from both devices comment on difference in quality?

Whatever dodgy overall camera rating DxOMark outs, regardless of the phone brand or model, I am not believing DxOMark's phone camera scores/ratings EVER.
At least not until DxOMark shows how they actually calculate the final scores from each test item/category subscore to arrive at the final camera rating.
Until then, the overall camera ratings DxOMark shows for the phones it reviews are at best, dubious and at worst, anomalous.

- iPhone 12: $650;
- iPhone 12 Max: $750;
- iPhone 12 Pro: $1000;
- iPhone 12 Pro Max: $1100.
These are the real prices of the iPhone 12 lineup. As you can see the top model is significantly cheaper than the Galaxy S20 Ultra which is overpriced. This is a big slap in the face for all Android manufacturers out there. Btw I am a Samsung user, not an Apple fanboy.

Samsung will take 3 years to catch huawei. Its time they drop prices by 50 to 70% and try to play good midrange phone than to act like premium. May be in usa they can shine. Europe and asia its huawei or xiomi or oppo.. wish nokia was in top3 but they still make huge compromises on chipset, memory and doesnot use full potential of zeiss but huawei invests a lot in research and their deal with leica and sony personalised sensor has paid off. In a month when google returns back ( google is preparing to make its search , youtube and chrome compatible to HMS) huawei will rule premium segments.once upon a time asians looked up to usa for playstation and xbox now its time usa has to look back asia for phones and cameras.
Life is big circle.i just miss my nokia N8..

ANYWAY, I cant trust DXO at all... so many real-life experience and my personal experiment that did way-off from their test results

And DxO Mark ranks below 20 in terms of trustworthiness.
I thought the Chinese manufacturers can "influence" mainly sites based in the developing world, but DxOMark has proven me wrong.

Please don't share articles regarding DXO mark or DisplayMate because they both contradicts your own reviews. Moreover these two don't have any general approvability among masses.
