Foxconn reports lowest quarterly profit in 20 years, predicts return to stability in Q2

They have more business network beside Apple. FYI AMD is also using their services to manufacture their chips, and Intel is also talking about it because Intel's in house fabrication only manage 14nm.

              Foxconn is the company that makes the iPhone. It's iPhone factories are located in China.

              I think you've confused the two.

                  Though China already are successful with 7nm SMIC process, it would go completely without outside parts and switch to full indigenous manufacturing

                    Without Apple this company won't be on anyone's radar.

Why would they clos... moreChina has started working in 7nm using their own SMIC foundry, their forst product is Kirin 710A on 14nm process, many say that China is 10 years behind in semiconductor fabrication development, but I double it very much.

                        Since they will make their own 7nm in 2022.

I hope China doesn't play Donald Trump's game of retarded politics. Huawei may just have to weather the storm until November. If Donald Trump gets re-elected, maybe then start to look at retaliatory measures.

                                Don't talk too big, Donald duck is attempting to call apple shift its production back to USA. If this is materialise your profit is surely go down further... I think better Foxconn work closer with HMD and produce more Nokia phones as backup
