How are these new dimensity chips for upgrading and developing custom roms? and for gcam and ...? are they as good as snapdragons? as far as I know qualcomm release its chips source code for developers but mediatek refused to do it until lately which they said that they will release source code for hellio g90t in redmi note 8 pro. anybody know anything about this?

Single camera on iPhone SE is garbage with no night mode, etc.
On Redmi 10X pro, you get proper versatile camera setup.
Wireless charging is there.
Ip rating already there. No one submerges under water for long times either. Accidental drops are protected against with IP53.
Much bigger screen which transforms the user experience.
Gaming, media consumption, web browsing all sucks on a tiny 4.7 inch screen.
Xiaomi and other Chinese brands have given one handed mode for centuries.
Does the SE have 5g support, does it have 33W fast charging with charger included in the box? Does it have 128gb base internal storage, does it have SD card slot? Does it have headphone jack? Does it have all day battery life (pathetic 1800mah battery on SE is gone in couple of hours having to carry a power bank everywhere) ? Does it have full HD screen with 180hz touch sampling rate?
All for 322$ while the iPhone SE with useless tiny display costs twice as much in certain countries.

-cortex A76 in D820 vs cortex A75 in SD845.
-7nm vs 10nm.
-higher clocked RAM.
-faster AI chip.

You can't compare 2 different devices from 2 different ecosystems(except pixel). Some users need IOS, so they will never consider 10X pro. some users need android, then they would never conside iPhone SE.
And what about the wireless charging, IP rating, a screen that you can use with 1 hand, and image quality(far better image proccesing and video for virtually useless 8MP ultrawide and useful telephoto)?

But as far as compact phones, Xiaomi actually would do well to follow suit with a sub-150 gram offering. Bring back the (notch-free) 16:9 screen, 1-day battery, and capable cameras without useless extras (what's with macro AND depth cameras?)

60hz displays... Xiaomi needs to get on with the times. 90hz should be standard in 2020.
Other than that, it's pretty decent for the asking price.

And I highly doubt that since global market just received Redmi Note 9 Line. Releasing this will just shooting Redmi Note 9 Line in the foot and it's not gonna make senses. Unless, well, they intended to just skewer the market.
