My galaxy s3 has a pb. Cant conect to internet package data and ther is an icon on the right side of the screen showing a green fone blocked with an icon behind.. Help please... How do i arange it

My theory of that. It will work only on korea. If you are using korean version. But its just for me. Its just a theory of mine.
