You may have many issues with your phone, like severe battery drainage and other software glitches. Expect final stable version to be released mid of next month.

Greetings of the day!!
We apologize as reply is delayed due to current COVID-19 situation and we regret for inconvenience caused to you.
As per your concern, regarding battery backup issue, kindly follow below mentioned steps and share with us so that we may assist you further:
1. Enter ##112## on the dial pad to access LOG interface, choose "General exception", then click the Playing button to enable Log;
2. Leave your phone alone until it is cool down;
3. For the power consumption issue: Use your phone as usual for about 30 minutes. This process is very important, please take your time;
4. Return back to Log Collection interface via step 1. Click the Red button to end Log, then touch Upload Log, write your feedback, touch Upload. After the upload is finished, you will receive a notification with an Extraction code. Note it;
5. Share the information below with us:
a. The Extraction code;
b. What you played during grabbing the log file(If you played some apps or games, please tell us version of these apps or games--You can find it in Settings>More Settings>App manager>touch More at the upper right corner>Show system processes>the app);
c. The screenshot of System update(Settings>System update).
Also please share the IMEI number of your handset , date of purchase , number of test observations & issue occurrence and log capture time with us. please write back to us.

Wahib, 17 Jun 2020Sir are you certain that they will release stable version ... moreIn my case:
1) I consulted with Vivo customer care. At that time for my Vivo NEX, they confirmed it was a beta release. Refer Vivo official website.
2) You can also perform a hard factory reset on your phone. Lot of videos available on YT. You will loose all data on your phone, and the phone will be set to factory default. I did so after Android 10 update on my NEX. Zero issues reported till now.

My Vivo NEX (Vivo NEX S in China) stable Android 10 release has exemplary battery backup.

Why vivo have done this? All of the users facing battery problem !
I mailed vivo but didn't get response from them.
Please tell me when will they fix this bug?
