Even 4000$ laptops ship with terrible subpar quality webcams.
Most people attach an external Webcam or just use their phones front camera as Webcam via USB.

Making AMD company stable in long term (than few years until Intel catch up) is good for manufacturers as well as consumers.

No Ryzen... All the Mi laptops have disproportional specsll. Redmi Notebook with Ryzen 4000 has no web cam. And Mi Notebook Pro ( the premium one) has no Ryzen 4000.

By next year, Ryzen will be in majority of laptops.
Especially the high end ones will drop in prices.
It's good to have competition and bring finally free from the Chains of Intel stagnating innovation.

The iGPU in the 4700U is almost as good as MX350 or twice as good as iGPU in Intel, which is quite a huge deal. Its the different between light gaming and non-gaming.
Yes there are many other aspect, but in the case of CPU is always one of the biggest factor, laptops or phones.

Should've went with ryzen 4xxx, these are damn powerful and with intergrated Radeon graphics, which seems much better than igpu.

Moreover the G7 does that while being much more power efficient. I wouldn't have doubts if I had to choose

Xiaomi laptops have great build quality but they are a bit underpowered and weak. I wish Xiaomi can make really powerful 17 aka 17.3 inch laptop with dedicated nvidia graphics card and huge amounts of ram. I've searched for a powerful laptop. HP Dell Asus and Acer have some good laptops. But I've found a great Lenovo Legion laptop with 10th generation i7 processor great graphics card nvidia 2060 rtx 16GB ram with high mhz speed expandable up to 64GB and with 1TB m.2 SSD and 1TB HDD. Go for it guys.
