Anonymous, 18 Jun 2020You make up numbers and talk about them not making sense....Yes, 98% customer satisfaction rate for iPHones is true. And like 20%(1 in 5) satisfaction for androids is a logical guess. Which is better than just "android is the absolute best". When you would ask an average person why they buy an android phone, they just buy it for cheap, and don't have anything to say about it. For example, my neighbors, my grandparents(some use xiaomi), all them say that.

It clearly show that there are far more fandroids obsessed with iPhone (and Apple) in general than actual iPhone lovers. Even on YouTube, android users who never even used iPhones are so desperate to justify their choices. It is absolutely comical.

Anonymous, 18 Jun 2020I don't see the point of this. Why need refresh rates on a ... morePersonally I don't even notice it much on my iPad Pro. When I really look for it, I see it, and it is a lot smoother obviously, but I can easily live without it. I think 90Hz is enough definitely, and is a good compromise to maintain battery endurance. In a world where smartphone features have saturated though, we're going to see more and more of these very needless features. It's like saying the 11 Pro has a "much better" camera than the iPhone X - okay, it does, but in real world usage the X camera is more than enough for pretty much everyone. Incremental upgrades is the theme of the last 5 years and will be narrower and narrower in the future. Unless you're one of the shortsighted people who really believe foldables are the future, lol

If you called iPhones laggy back in the day, well, androids were clearly laggier.

I don't see the point of this. Why need refresh rates on a mobile device that are over 75Hz?? I mean... it's a friggin mobile phone, what on earth could you do with it where: a) you actually need it and b) it actually makes a difference. And don't come just saying that in gaming you need higher refresh rates - because that is completely true, however high refresh rates make a big and noticeable difference on monitors. Phones are so small and the controls are clunky so: 1) small screen = no need for high refresh rate; 2) even if say you connect a controller and mount your phone on one of those controller holders like a dingus (and whenever your hand moves the screen moves too, twitching at every button press and mash) and say you are a pRoFeSsIoNaL gAmEr, you are still playing a mere phone game. And you need 120Hz for... what? Are you going to compete in some mobile games Olympics anytime soon? Are you playing some very eyesight-accuracy-demanding game where you need to react 0.008th of a second faster than... who? your opponent who is probably sitting their butt in a crowded train bored af and just trying to pass time? Or some AI maybe - where it doesn't really matter if you win or lose because it's a mobile game after all lol

Funny when a post about Apple arrives on gsmarena, boom, 100+ comments.
75% of comments are people who don't like Apple, the other 25% are people trying to defend it. And all forget about the initial idea of the post.
The even funnier part (because I have been on both sides of the crowd) is that always the Android people are more hating than Apple people. You will definitely see an Android user on an Apple post saying bad things, but not so many Apple users on a Samsung post for example, commenting bad things. There are more Samsung users on Samsung post commenting bad things, disappointed in their own devices. Didn't see many Apple users saying bad things about their own devices.
Well, this is what I saw and experienced throughout the years.

Anonymous, 18 Jun 2020If it wasn't dubious, why is Sony the only smartphone brand... moreI wasn't speaking of sony. If I replied to you with that initial comment was about sony I responded wrong. However it's not dubious with Sony either. They are just costly monitoring battery health and adapting to prolong the life span of the battery.
They have little market share because the company is run by dinosaurs not comprehending how to deliver. Not by lack of tech, power, money, factories, or brand recognition.
