I can wait to see Samsung sue Apple when A5 launch. If that Happen A5 will loose their market over GSIII. I hope that will happen to Apple.

this is important. Becoz this is issue of patent. Samsung always break rules n carry n install apple's patent product or any thing whis related to product. Last time apple win case in opposition of samsung. That is about samsung tab 10.1.

Not a real surprise that the Judge postponed it after the 21st. Apple will lose this litgation just like the many others the have lost. I hope all the money they put into these litigations that they have enough money to still compete in the market. I hope the iphone 5 isn't just another upgrade. I have a SGS3 and I will tell u this. Apple is definitely in serious trouble if the don't change thier tactics

Come on apple, Samsung is just another competitor that looks up to you! They have their fan base and you have your fan base also. I've never really been a fan of apple but, now I currently own iPad3, 4s and MacBook pro or whatever it's called. If they keep doing these things I'll stop spending with them. I'm now a bit interested in Samsung again, that galaxy s3 is next for me apple.

Apple don't want to fight fair. Samsung is offering a knock out product regularly and instead of doing the same to counter the competiton, Apple is fighting in the courts with useless patent infringements. Get your iphone 5 out already and fight if you dare apple or don't you have any new things to offer?

apple grow up!! leave this childish games!! and prove yourself!! cuz i don't think that you can ever make any measurable upgrade in your iPhone!! same looks, same UI, not as customisable as android, and same outdated earphones with all your products at least provide in-ear in-box!!

Because we have companies like Samsung and Apple fighting to make their products better (or were trying to) technology has improved and they work harder to improve technology. If apple were to get rid of their competition they would slow down technology. Anyone get what i mean?
