why? if you want to compete, make a F*cking better product, make a holograpic iphone, more powerdul 6 cores or redesign all your system to appeal more croud! bad move apple, you give a minimal udpate in ios 6 and then trying to ban other that surepass your feature -,-

Is anyone really worried about this? If the US can't stop all those Mexicans jumping the border then how the hell are they going to stop a couple of phones?
Don't get me wrong, if not for the Mexicans, the US market would be nowhere near the level it's at right now. All Apple is trying to do is to slow down the growth of the US market. Not a good idea for a US owned company.
So suck it Apple, try upgrading the Mac Pro next time there's a next gen processor available from Intel! Give us back the damn 17" MacBook Pro you just swiped from the market! You pride yourself in customer care, yet forget about hardcore professionals, your very reliable source if income - those people won't sit in front of a PC after they've tried a Mac.

Apple has given Judge Koh so many meaningless lawsuits that the she doesn't even have any free space on her calendar. With all that iOS copied, you would think Apple would drop all of their suits.
