Is this all they know how to do? why not just concentrate on your iphone5 and let other people do their thing!
I guess they are afraid that by the time the new iphone is out the market would be filled with the galaxy s3 leaving few people to opt for the new iphone.

Carry on apple :-) ban samsung galaxy sIII . Samsung do not mess with apple . Samsung you always copied nokia but nokia never ban and sue you . I do not know why ? Go check samsung's older devices all is copied . But samsung this is apple do not mess with apple !

I have been using iPhones since iPhone 3G and now I am dissapointed, my iPhone 4 is not using new features implemented since IOS5.

They tried and failed in the 80/90s and now they're trying again.. and failing... again.
If Apple stopped being petty with other companies and thier patents and actually concentrates on making a high end product then maybe they wouldn't have to worry about the competitors? The money spent here on lawsuits could have quite easily been spent on development of the new iPhone, and they could have made it better than the GS3. Alas no, Apple don't think like that, they just believe they have the best product anyway (HAHA yeah right) and others don't deserve a chance because they did it best first time round.

Apple have some amazing products, really. They deserve all the good fortune they got in the recent years, and I will always admire their contribution to the technological world.

This is DISGUSTING in so many levels! Fight Samsung in the techno battle field! I am getting the gag reflex reading this! They turned to such an UGLY corporation! BOOOO! Suing the most threatening competitor...it reminds me how Apple reacted to M$ during the OS wars in 80s to 90s and you know who dominated the market at the end.

Yeah apple. Take some time off from suing other companies. Those resources for paying the lawyers could have been put to better use... Like development of better gadgets, perhaps?
