I love my iPhone 4S. But Apple's Corporate image is disgraceful, certainly not setting a good industry standard with these kind of actions.

(software was very limited) also Nokia N' series was symbian so i am not going to say anything about it cuz includes samsung and other companies they ve used symbian as licensed from Nokia

Show me the technical documentation etc. Besides, did you ever hear of reverse engineering? That's what AMD did while Intel chips existed and it is legal. That's what's happening, nothing else.

This is stupid. How come when Microsoft tried driving out competitors to it's products in the past or tried buy outs
There was Antitrust lawsuits galore.
Apple try to drive out competitors and it seems to be openly welcomed or the government just turn a blind eye
