I'm still using redmi 5a with custom rom. miui on sd 425 coupled with 2gb ram is very slow. Redmi 9 could have been a great phone for me if it came with an sd chipset, though it would have increased the price.

Otherwise no buy.For Snapdragon, you need to wait Redmi 10a (or just buy, Redmi 7a, or 8a), i agree, Qualcomm is way better, because of battery, g cam, custom rom's, but MtK is cheaper, so, if someone wants under 100$ Xiaomi phone, this is a way, i think those have G35 or something like that (low end MtK SoC)..

USB C as a standard connection port cross all devices is good. There are still few crazy ph makers using micro usb.
Its high time ph makers look at offering phs with WIDER display as it just seems to keep getting Taller all the time. 160mm height X 80mm Width is really nice for the things that one does using mobile phs. We read the news paper, browse net, do banking, shopping, read books, magazine, chat, email, watch videos all on the mobile phone. So come on folks, make it a little wider!!
Why are charger also stil coming with USB A ports. Move to USB C charger & all USB C cable is inevitable isn't it! So why drag and delay things.
