Im on my 4th htc one x, from batches 23xx, 24xx and 26xx - ALL have had a yellow/green screen hue. If you can't spot it, your just not seeing it.

Its my fave phone on the market, but this issue breaks my heart.

I have wifi connectivity issue. Bought the phone end of April, wifi couldn't detect any signal at the end of June, got replaced with a new unit from HTC end of July. New replaced unit's wifi is working fine, can detect signal and connect to any wifi however the phone is suffering wifi connection stability from modem which is not broadcasting N type of signal, e.g. if your modem is projecting b/g/n signal, you phone is likely to be KAY. If you are using modem that only only broadcasing b type or g type of signal, your phone is likely to experience connection stability issue.

This issue is present in HTC One V as well, the signal drops suddenly and takes some time to get the signal strength back, had a nokia before and I didn't have this problem.

had mine for about 3 weeks. working fine, actually great. i love it more than any other phone i had in the past. was not even aware of this problem. maybe only some old units are affected. because mine works perfectly. never experienced any wifi signal drop whatsoever.

I love the design of the HTC one x, I have been using too many new phone since I'm an cellphone rep. This device has signal issue. It s really weak. I hope it not because of the hardware issue. I will be so disappointed. I gave up my iPhone and my galaxy s2.

Anonymous, 20 Jun 2012I have one X for two months now and have NO problem what so... moreso because there is something wrong with the type of phone you've bought you have to compare it with the s3 to make yourself feel better?

point is the s3 hasn't got a problem like that only problem is that the screen can break if it falls.

don't get me wrong don't like both of them

I have one X for two months now and have NO problem what so ever. I don't know what others have but mine HTC works perfect. I was testing s3 the other day, everything ok but design ??? Come on, white one looks like they are making fun and blue one was all of fingerprints and it is color for 10 years old. For me, HTC is still the ONE.

another slam dunk from HTC.. after the One S chipping, after reading that the one V also has wifi problems, yet another issue with the one X....

what a lame excuse of a company.

Sorry for being harsh, but i think people get what they deserve, and im referring to the HTC people. The more they act like this, the less sales they get.

                                never again HTC

Shame HTC this issue is a big one and yet you are not replacing! whereas Sony replaced there handset with yellow tint issue that was not much of a big problem! :(

I have owned the One S for the past few weeks. Though I still like my Lumia 900 better, I have no complaints with my One S so far. In fact, I am pretty impressed. Hope it stays that way.

Proud OneX user here in Australia, have had no issues at all with my phone, and ive owned it from the first day it became available. Runs flawlessly connected to my home and work wifi, to be honest i didnt even know these problems existed untill i read this article. Couldnt be happier. I also dont understand all the moaning about the battery. A moderate days use for me will still see me get home at 6pm (after leaving for work around 7am) with around 30% battery, which is still enough juice to run a full HD MKV movie rip (around 2-2 1/2 hrs worth)
