Foxconn actally own 55% of the company all designs and final decisions are made by Sharp .Foxconn have full control of the Europeon tv market and Sharp has full use of the Taiwan factories.             I won't buy another Sharp I had Sharp Aquos S3 the thing was never updated at all no security updates nothing was stuck on same 2018 security update OTB as well as sofware version.

              And that generic telephoto is as basic that they even avoid mention the optical zoom. I would resell it even if i get it for free. But not sure if someone will pay for it...

                They have used 120Hz since early 2016 without issues.

                        This is the only high quality LCD screen on smartphones in the world

                        Sadly it won't get reviewed and it's display quality won't be tested and highlighted by displaymate or anyone else

                        So as usual LCD will still have poor representation as usual so people will still think LCD screens have lower peak brightness than OLED and people will still think OLED is still more energy efficient

Foxconn has brought Sharp years ago ( i can't remember exactly that Foxconn purchased a whole company or just mobile and display businesses but that happened between 2016-2018 ).

                                    Wow, sharp once invented the bezelless screen with the aquos crystal and is the one to ruin it with a double notch design aswell. What were they thinking?

                                      Sharp is a brand you don't really hear from in the UK anymore. You only see their TV's these days. At one point they were big in the UK, everyone saying that Sharp's Microwaves would last for like 20 years, they were the shirt sponsor for Manchester United for 18 years. I'm guessing they just declined in UK
