like seriously, why would I buy tablets at the price point of an ipad/surface with only those capabilities ?
I'd rather buy a laptop/macbook if the price comes at around 999usd.

Granted, it will probably be plastic, but you aren't going to get carbon fiber at this price point. That is the point. They want cheap. Why is white so much better? Because Apple is white? I much prefer the black.
That being said, I hope it does have minimal bezel. It does look nicer but more to the point I don't want to carry a 7 inch screen in a 9 inch case. I am more interested in performance than it making a fashion statement.

Baba, 20 Jun 2012Any tab without GSM support is crap!My wife and I both have 4G ipads and we never use the 4G because we have great cell plans with phones that can turn into a wifi hotspot in 1 click. Gotta disagree with you 100%. I would rather the Nexus be the opposite of the ipad...screw cellular who needs it, give me a memory card and/or usb slot instead. Oh and hdmi out, another thing that the ipad cant do.

meeh!!! After watching the Microsoft surface previews, I think ill let everything else slide through as noise. that was a real Tablet/PC they showed us though am sure pricing will be way too high. Am no fan-boy btw.

With all the money in the world,once again,these guys have no taste in design.Still ,the tablets have a huge bezel.It really shouldn`t be more than that of a Samsung galaxy S3 phone or Lg 4xHD Optimus phone.Material is again cheap plastic as opposed to aluminum or Carbon fiber or magnesium alloy.Boring black or grey plastic again where as an all white tablet with white bezel would definitely look and sell better.There is no elegance in the tablet design like the Ipad or Samsung tab 7.7 Amoled.It is not as slim as the Toshiba.Tablets should be less than 7mm thick in this day and age.Engineers need to go back to the drawing board and start bringing out current techs.
