- unless you want to get into a lot of tweaking since both platforms has their own hardware requirements.
you can buy windows 8 RT which will cost the same price as normal windows 8, if not why is windows selling RT?
- there is no disclosure that RT tablets will cost the same as the 8 pro yet. Just to clarify, RT is for ARM, 8 is for intel.

Ive used galaxy tab 10 with iphone 4. iphone 4 screen is too small to view lecture not and I think that the big screen on galaxy tab will make it easy to see lectures note on the go but its not, I need to bring a bag to put it. I usually wear cargo pant. 7" inch tablet can fit into the side pocket while 10" cannot. Its suitable for my use.

Dis ll be a huge success in emerging markets like india cos of Da price point and its brand. i don't see android faltering in Da next 3 years bcos of microsoft.

hi, 19 Jun 2012can i install windows 8 RT on android tablet? you can buy w... moreIf you are so inclined I guess you could get a version of Windows 8 RT (ARM) working on an appropriate android tablet hardware, if you can work it out. However the reverse is not true, Microsoft have said all along that the ARM variant hardware for Windows 8 will be locked and not allow other operating systems to be booted, the boot loader is signed so only Win 8 will boot.
As we don't yet know the pricing of Win 8 (ARM or x86) I wouldn't like to speculate on where it will fit in the market, Microsoft can cross-subsidies their own hardware, however OEM will have to pay the license fee and certification fee, this will drive up the prices of similar hardware.

This is sure a great idea! Making a nexus device available on a budget to the consumers on the lower end of the market! And it will outsell all the other budget tabs purely on potential for future upgrades to jelly bean or whatever

I'll wait for the new Windows tablet. These will be POS after they started flooding Windows 8 and RT tablets.

The tablet is really cheap. Nice move in taking away the rear cam. We have our phones and DSLRs for taking photos anyway.

A 7 in tab is the perfect size for general use. I only wish it came with full cellular capabilities.. Phone can't grow to be for me..
