How can you say not exciting enough w/o knowing the spec, design or price? If it comes in at less than €400 the rumoured spec phone will sell well.

The display is too small and the price is too high in regards of the soc. Unfortunately the Xiaomi devices doesn't have that dual selfie options

I am no longer interested in this marketing. Definitely early adopters will regret splashing their cash on nothing unique. Kindly note that the price will be $399 just like the iphone SE

Why do we want luxury/sturdy package? They could save all the teasers and invest on lowering the price tag.
For about 300$ Xiaomi delivers same chip.

All this brand recognition is just used for further marketing. I do not see the value behind decieving users.

The pr... moreThey should've gone with Dimensity 1000, or at least Dimensity 800/820 if helped to keep the price around 300 usd.
Seriously there's just so much wrong with this phone already. Seeing how OnePlus keeps pouring money into advertising it (and thus increasing the end customer price), I seriously can't wait to see it flop monumentally.

I don't think is cheap, so I don't understand the fuss, since it will have average chipset. Why not choose OnePlus 8 then, if the price difference isn't that big.
