Thanks Apple for another stupid trend.

That's why I support OEMs that actually try to bring more stuff than take away the essential things on a smartphone.
Headphone jack and notification LED have already been brought back by some company, I hope more companies follow suit and resist the hype from Samsung and Apple's stupid thinkings.

If Apple really does that, chinese brands will as well.

AnonD-762416, 08 Jul 2020Consumer agencies needs to be all over this like a bad rash... moreCapitalism teaches greed and profit above all else. I'm not surprised Samsung is contemplating following suit like Apple. This is nothing more than corporate greed and I can only see it getting worse.

samsung i dare you to try and remove it and we customers will burn to the ground

Other company multi USB chargers do not get hot even when using the phone* while charging#. Samsung chargers get bursting hot even when the phone display, sync, location are in the off state with either mobile data or WiFi in the on state.

            * means : Only listening to music OR watching youtube videos using firefox browser OR watching videos from the memory card with sync and GPS off and only one data (mobile data or WiFi) connection at on state.

            # means : Do not use during bad weather (severe thunder and lightning).

They sell chargers for extreme price in Samsung shops.
                nice way copying greedy Apple.
Maybe they should remove BOX too. and sell it like soap box.

Consumer agencies needs to be all over this like a bad rash.
There is no justification in them maximizing their profits (even more) at the expense of me having to sell my Z Flip at a reduced price as I will be forced to hang on to the charger for my next phone.

It's not like these corporations are losing money. If they don't bundle chargers or headphones, which are both essential accessories in this day and age, they should be forced to offer those accessories FREE OF CHARGE to any customer requesting them. This is the ONLY way I'd buy in to their stories about being concerned about the environment.

And now a trend is going to start..
Just like happened with headphone jack, earphone

some models support 45W charging but come bundled with only a 25W power brick. So, if you want 45 W you’ll have to buy a charger separately.
While huawei puts a 40w charger included in the box:D
