1. Make their phones relevant by bumping up the specs to reflect TODAY'S technology, not last year's...
2. Stop making every phone look the same - make their flagship UNIQUE
3. Ship their phones with the LATEST SOFTWARE, again, don't make customers wait 6 months which means even less chance of further updates (Jellybean) down the line...
4. Stop REMOVING features like micro SD card, etc. and realise that people love Android for its flexibility, don't restrict this!

No, seriously, this is al... morestop being ungrateful, just enjoy the update, its good sony upgraded all its 2011 line to ICS, even the one who arent suppose to recive them, like xperia mini -,-
there is no win solution for sony
no updates : all fands moaning and ios and windos user bashing about no ICS and the 7% ICS adopters.
update: full critics and compalin in every corner of the internet.
the xperia s is designed for ICS, because the dual core system on its CPU, just wait and see shall we?

No, seriously, this is always the danger of buying a phone "with the promise of an update" - ultimately what they've created hasn't 'quite' been designed for the next wave of software...
And I guess this is why the Xperia S has not been the success that maybe it should have been... That and the fact it has last year's specs...

..so many Sony and Samsung phone owners are currently receiving ICS updates, and us Desire S owners are still waiting.. HTC shame on you!
