Laughable, this is clear for anyone to see that you're simply trying to frame me as I mentioned not a word of those companies. Is the left so degenerated now that PC extends to defense of Huawei? My comment on Mar 24 regarding the K30 Pro, and I quote myself:
Smallish battery for the screen size and 5G, but otherwise all-round fantastic offering at a very fair price, especially with the headphone jack.
I may still get the Xperia 1 II in the end because I prefer a slightly smaller device and really appreciate Sony's design (and Sony's system should probably be cleaner) but I'm rooting for the Redmi too. I hope it sells well.

Your pathetic attempt at moral high ground has failed in your own humiliation.
Truly private businesses Lenovo and Xiaomi are largely in the clear. Tencent, if it aggressively expands abroad, is a threat, because its management of Wechat as opposed to Sina's notably more centrist approach to Weibo oozes their feet-licking nature as regards the Party. ZTE has already atoned, while Huawei remains brazen, and especially has the entire Party behind its back. Huawei needs to be taken down, if even to put a smear on Xi's smirking face.

              >What do you think why Samsung closed it's factories in China
Why do you think? They set up shop in China for tax evasion because of China's trade barriers, look up WTO's tariff profiles (WTO | Publications | World Tariff Profiles 2019) to see how ridiculously high China's tariffs are compared to the US. Now that their smartphones are not selling in China they closed *a smartphone factory* in China. Samsung still has factories in China. "Samsung closed it's factories in China", haha, more lies, troll. You keep spreading lies, that's why you're a troll.
              >Chinese worker on asembly line is making $2/hr and the same worker in Vietnam or Cambodia makes $3-4 a day
Are you trying to prove that China has cheap labor, or is it Vietnam and Cambodia that have cheap labor, and that China's advanced labor is catching up to the EU and NA? Can YOU do the math of converting $2/hr to an 8 hour workday?
Why did Levi's move their factory to Vietnam years ago? Why does Sony manufacture most of its wares in Vietnam since almost a decade ago?

Laughable bluffing. Those are not your sources, you *claim* they are, now prove it. Until you can link to a specific article or at least provide its title you are assumed to be pulling that out of your a**. I call you a troll because your so-called "opinion" you're so full of is based on an ignorance of fundamental facts of this field, and because you lie too much for your "opinion" to have any weight. And yes, your a** is not relevant.

Nobody likes it, but Huawei is leader in 5G tech. Not only price wise, but any wise. Full stop. That's why (not only the great phones) USA banned them and try to suppress them. USA suppress everything that is bigger or better than them. Examples are millions.

There's a reason something's unusually cheap or free. Most of the times it's because U are the product. Like google. U don't pay for google cos u give your data to google and in turn u get ads.
Now Huawei does this for personal data. They'd give out free phone if it wasn't too suspicious. They don't care about revenue. It's not even a listed company. There is something fishy.

Most of the toxicity around this topic and the hatred is traced back to racism. Some people, regardless of their country, are simply driven by racist ideologies and cannot accept a different opinion. Instead of accepting that Huawei has been the leading company in networking and telecom they'd rather resort to confirmation bias.

He is right, most of chinese brands users are the product if not all, and that is no matter what brand, of course their is samsung that is not better as they startet pretty much like chinese brands, copy paste and let others innovate. Now they do some innovation, remains still an Apple follower, as we can all see those ugly as h'' camera setups. But yeah, with Samsung, especially TV's, people are products, it is actually scary what they are doing. One could place them at the same level with google, if not worse as they not only controll your phone, they also control your tv, pretty much your lprivate life if you are a media consumer fanatic, like 80% of the people this days. As for: go back to "cup call", there are actually a lot of methods to protect your privacy, one needs to first care about his life, then study and learn how to protect himself from all of this and of course if he owns spyware like xiaomi, to block everything that asks for this name in DNS. (Huami too).

World spying plans are ruined for China, too bad :)
