I think u didnt get me. Anyways all i was saying is that when the iPhone exploded there were lots of people bashing up iPhone specially the samsung fanboys,but today not many apple fans are doing the same here.Apple users atleast know that its technology,and few glitches are inevitable.

The photos clearly show the microphone was the cause of damage in this case,or at the very least something VERY close to the mic which caused the problem.The owner of the phone said that after this happened the phone was still working as before with the exception of losing it's network connection,so there's no way the batter could have exploded as you say?

Regarding device, I am not sure where the processor is on this device, but to me looks more like an area where power management is, who knows how stable the input voltage was to device? Any number of possibilities here, many external too.

Actually the mobile exploded due to the processor.The chip delivers quad core graphics and heatsup the device,due to the heating problem the battery exploded.After manufacturing the new chip it underwent a heavy graphic tests for 2 days.Now the chip is causing a severe damage in the lab.so my personnel request is to wait till problem rectifies.this can take some time upto six months.thank you.for any further information please contact your near Samsung store.

Well I work in Samsung Technical support ( call centre ) and I received that call that we do raise a huge product liability case for it , and that one is considered level C as their is no human harm .... but the thing is that i can remember that the owner has told me that they were using a universal charger , but we have to leave it it to investigation's , but if she was using that charger , so that mean it's not a manufacture fault .
