I was playing around with a P40 Pro+ and all it took was a couple of taps in Petal search to install Google Maps. Youtube Vanced was already installed and works just like the Youtube only without the ads. Thumbs up for Huawei. That 10x zoom is legit. You can zoom in and read writing off the wall around 30 metres away that you cannot normally read and take a legible photo of it.

Does anyone who wants a great displays need :
    1. A very High Contrast Ratio?
    2. Burn Ins after 3 years?
    3. Vibrancy of OLEDs?
    4. Deep Blacks and Dark Mode of OLEDs?
    5. Super accurate colours?
    No.

People who need displays like :
    1. Bright enough (Outdoor)
    2. Dim enough for night viewing
    3. No problems like bleeding or burn ins (OLEDs?)
    4. Good viewing angles

Having one out of five voting they will buy the device is actually amazing. How could you see this as negative? The question is will you buy it, not would you buy it.

True the a51 is not realme like but it offers an amoled, cameras and performance, even if on charts it doesn't it plays pubg with just about 30 on medium graphics. No stutters. Plus you know it wont blow up (I'm not buying a realme just for that).

At My country, even Huawei's Nova 7 which comes with Flagship Kirin 985 5G, 40W charging, No GMS, 60Hz HDR OLED, Quad Cameras with 64MP main, 3x Telephoto, Ultrawide, and Macro, Glass and Metal Build is only approximately $439 with 8/256 GB variant.
Sadly, Huawei don't have GMS, Poco F2 Pro costs $499 for the 8/256 GB.

                      Which would you pick?
                      Nova 7 (8/256) for $439
                      Poco F2 Pro (8/256) for $499

Both have 5G, Flagship Performance, OLED 60HZ

Poco has Headphone jack, Gimmicky Depth/Macro cameras, No OIS, 8K, 5G modem, Larger battery

Nova 7 has A proper flagship camera quality and versatility (main, ultrawide, 3x zoom), OIS, 5G Chipset, Faster charging, Better build quality, Cheaper

Which would you pick, I would go for a Nova 7

                        Brand of the year :
                        2007 - 2016 : Apple and Samsung
                        2014 - 2017 : Oneplus and Xiaomi
2017 : Apple, Samsung, Oneplus, Google
2016 : Start of the Growth of Chinese brands
2018 : Huawei, Oneplus, Poco, Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo
2019 : BBK electronics, Samsung, Google (Pixel 3A)
2020 : Poco (50% because of $200 increase from previous generation), Apple (Iphone SE) and no other brands because at 2020,many brands lost who they are :
                        1. Oneplus have forgotten their philosophy with the 8 Series (Expensive) and Nord (Not Performance, but 5G)
                        2. Xiaomi have forgotten their way too. The Mi 10 series is too expensive, yet at $1000, Mi 10 Pro lacks IP68, QHD+ screen
                        3. Poco, price gap between Poco F1 and F2 Pro is too huge because of wrong decision makings

Hope brands come back to their ways!

Brands that can push competitions even harder :
                        1. Huawei
                        2. Poco/Xiaomi
                        3. Oneplus/BBK Electronics
                        4. And other brands that offer incredible value for money or pushing huge innovations that makes difference in life, not Gimmicky features

You won't be getting an original smartphone from Poco in the future. They are dead. All their new phones are and will be rebranded Redmi (with maybe a few minor changes). They won't cater to Indian audience like the Poco F1 but the Chinese one like all Redmi phones. And Indian and Chinese markets have massive differences in their perception of value (Chinese care more about 'bigger numbers' be it battery, camera numbers, sensor size, fast charging, refresh rates, etc while Indians care more about 'usefulness', 'longevity' and 'raw performance' for the 'lowest price possible')

Poco F1 was the only phone ever to understand this which is why it was so 'amazing'. Hopefully in the future some new brand will realize the same and release a smartphone meant for the Indian audience.

Even Realme X2 Pro proves that you can have an 90HZ AMOLED, 50W, Glass and Aluminum build, Stereo Speakers, 855+, 64MP Quad cameras with Ultrawide and Telephoto, 12 GB RAM, 256 GB UFS 3.0 storage and an 4000mah Battery for under $450, if u cut all those useless corners like :
                            1. Glass and Metal Build.
                            2. 50W charging to 30W
                            3. 12 GB of RAM to 8 GB RAM
                            4. 90hz to 60hz (people are fine with 60hz and most won't notice the difference
                            5. Don't use the Depth camera
                            6. OLEDs, people are fine with LCD. LCD is better than AMOLED in terms of longevity, that's why most Iphones screen don't have problems even after 4 years, while AMOLED have burn ins
                            7. Use The Snapdragon 855+ or an 865+ (if u have money, i suggest not)

Then even an 855+ could be at $300, which is the same price as Poco F1, that would be amazing. If you could do an 865+ below $400, that's even more amazing.
