I can't find the update for this firmware. I'm really confused.

    Have a charge 3 that my wife bought me for Christmas. The display stopped working 2 weeks ago. I spent hours looking online how to fix it. Apparently, so have thousands of others. It's the first result you'll see when you Google "Fitbit Charge 3". POS.

      Fitbit customer service, and products, are shit. Had a Charge 3 since Feb 2019 and in July in stopped keeping charge and would die within a date. I was only given an offensive 25% for another BS of a product that will last me for a year and a half. I sincerely wish Fitbit to go out of business with such attitude towards their customers!

        I had a Fitbit ionic water go in after a few months died no replacement then i bought a charge 3 same thing happened water got in both suppsed to be 50 meters water resistant they are not i've an apple watch 50 meters water resistant and its fantastic . Fitbit did replace charge 3 but it's crap the sleep accuracy is terrible

          I have also replaced my Fitbit 3 times... Doesn't last over 13 months... Shame on the product.

              Bought mine on Black Friday. It won’t read my heart rate or keep a charge. Last only a day. Won’t sync with my phone. Called Fitbit. Giving me the run around. It is under warranty. Won’t buy another one.

I was going to purchase the 2 for my nephew, wasnt to keen on the 4 so I thought I'd get the 3 and give my partner the 4. Looks like after reading these reviews I will definitely not be purchasing mine. I honestly thought it would be really good to purchase but after recieving your feedback I am definitely heading for another watch if the Fitbit.                         I purchased a Fitbit Charge 3 on June 27 2019...,by Jan it was giving grief...wouldn’t sync, screen Kept on going blank.Wasn’t tracking exercise properly...so seeing that it was only like 7 months old and under warranty, they Sent me a replacement.I smelled a rat when it arrived in a plastic sleeve and with only the face...but it works and for that I am so grateful...Sad thing is this weekend I see there’s an update available that will allow charge 4 bits to work on charge 3...naturally I want to check it out...so I research my Fitbit carefully.The firmware on my Fitbit is dated June 19 2020....a whole week before I purchased my brand new one and my Fitbit is on version 1.63.5 and doesn’t offer an upgrade at all which leaves me to deduce that when my Fitbit which was still under warranty was giving trouble,it was not replaced with a brand spanking new one but one that had been repaired and passed off as new.If this is how Fitbit treat their loyal customers,they won’t be around long. !!!
                        I am so disgusted by the deception and so disappointed...I expected more from Fitbit

                          Love my ifit 3,, I tryed Apple wat h for 1year it was a misery to charge every night, an drum out of my house with out it! My fitbit takes 1hrvto charge and 7days to need to recharge.. it has all I need + my sleep partterns wich is a plus... their app keeps me active and competitive..

Have 3 charge2, a charge3 and a versa lite. I bought the charge2s used on eBay and all still work fine. I got charge3 and versa because I live on the gulf and they are saltwater swim proof. All have been in my hot tub also without any issues.

Been working after 3.5 years. It even sat in a drawer for the past 1.5 years and I recently started using it again on a new phone.

                                      I have Had 2 Fitbits. Both have lasted forever I just Upgraded from the first one but it was awesome and my current one is just as nice as apple for half the costs
