Apart from the pill shape cut out the phone is amazingly beautiful. Huawei really knows how to create a stunning looking phone. That huge camera island is up for debate. I don't like it but I think it's something I could get used to. At least it's centered and symmetrical meaning it could serve as a kind of support when holding the phone..
Will the Kirin chip be more powerful than the inferior E990 chip Sammy uses?

Mate 40 Pro's selfie cameras share the same or better tech as Apple's FaceID. You gotta appreciate the tech there and why is it designed as such. At least they're using the space right.

That big camera means that it will get new ultrawide camera with bigger sensor ( maybe 1/1.2" or 1/1.3" )
And it is getting stereo speakers yay

I kinda dig the design, except that pill shape punch hole of course. The shape are thin enough merge into thin top bezels.
Rear design? Love the white color option. Always use case anyway, so camera bump problem solved. Its a tons of thick hardware on that camera module afterall.

It's much better to just have left a small bezel on top for these like the Xperia 1II, but I guess this can't be done with the whole waterfall display that nobody wanted to begin with.
