Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 and S7+ are here: 120Hz screens, S865+ and S Pen

05 August 2020
The S7+ has a larger 12.4" AMOLED display while the S7 goes for an 11" LCD.

Quite possibly the best tablet i have ever seen

Hopefully the price of the Tab S4 reduces to like $300 or less and I'll snag it....
I am using the Tab S2 and I don't think I can let go of the AMOLED display just yet....
I'm glad Samsung is still in the tablet business

YUKI93, 05 Aug 2020Seeing that the only two notable differences between the S7... moreNo there is a 3rd & important difference, screen technology, S7 is LCD & S&+ better AMOLED. AMOLED better blacks.

700 for a LCD screen no thanks & 900 too much, another sales lost Samsung, if the S7 11" had a AMOLED i would have purchased. Samsung AMOLED screens have always been the best screens. Stupid mistake going for cheaper LCD.

At that price, I would rather get a laptop.

The only new likable thing here is 120hz else am better with the matepad pro or even the newly announced matepad 10.8 and honor tab v6 this thing is just over priced

I've thought that the prices would end up being that high. Way overpriced imo, for an android tablet that receives only two major updates. Prices will probably drop 200 bucks within 3 months or so. For 1000 dollars I'd go with a full fledged 2in1 convertible laptop like the envy x360 with HP pen, 16gb ram, ryzen 4700 and the like. With android you just aren't as productive and iPad gives you still the better tablet experience while having software support for more than 5 years.

I still can't grasp how they charge 700 dollars for a device with 6gb ram, 128gb rom, wifi only. The value simply isn't there, both hardware and software wise. The LCD version should've been 600 maximum with LTE. Seems like Sasmung really doesn't want to sell. Nowhere at university can I see somebody using a galaxy tab, here's the reason why.

Vyshak , 05 Aug 2020The unpacked is not yet started, then how come its official now? Reviewers already get the unit before it officialy launch.
So they can test it, and upload a review (article or video) just after the product officialy launch.

Seeing that the only two notable differences between the S7 and S7+ are just the screen size and battery capacity, I'd take the cheaper S7 tqvm.

GLENN Mc, 05 Aug 2020Yeah I'm also Confused... But I guess media like Gsmar... moreEven if you're a reviewer and you have a loan unit. You can't share or upload a YouTube video until the company has announced it at their launch event. However a UK tech YouTuber called TechSpurt has the note 20 side by side and both watches on his channel

The s7+ os awesome, but the s7 is not good. Just like the Note 20 Ultra is very good, while the Note 20 is so bad. They cut the prices by cutting the best features of the pro versions.
