Again those ridiculous patents, please.
What's next? patent Circle as iPhones home button is a circle??? Simply ridiculous.
Years before Siri Android had the search box wich searched the whole phone and web. Completely ridiculous.
Now they think they are the only ones that can search by voice? One more reason for me to not buy any apple product. I simply don't stand this childish patents.

My God, They will never give up with these silly patents, Are google going to sue apple as they have added the option to use the address bar as the search bar in ios6, Thtas a Chrome feature apple took, They get notification centre from android,Apple just need to work hard and just bring out a device to compete with out having to sue someone to stop there sales in the hope their phone will sell instead, They really are an annoying company, I used the nexus and it was way better than my old iphone 4.

The decision is so disappointing. Depriving the Americans of google flagship is an idiotic decision. If apple dare to challenge google and its OS (Android) then it should make its product and apps more accessible as google does. Suing google and samsung wont make apple rich

I think its about time all the company's that make mobile phones (Apple, Samsung, Motorola and HTC)etc..
Should stop trying to attract new customers with all these patent wars... it makes them all look kids in a playground saying my dads bigger than yours. Instead go back to what people want innovation on phones cos i don't buy a mobile on who's suing who i buy a phone on it's hardware, OS and ease of use, like most people...

It's just all about the MONEY!!! These companies are business minded. They care only for profit. If they can find a way to get more money for their business, they will surely grab it. Think of how these court battles become profit-earning. Once you get the idea, you will know WHY they spend so much time looking for any possible patent infringement that they can think of.

Thiugh currently i am holding an iphone yo post this comment, i believe that what apple is doing totally wrong. By looking all the situations, it seems like apple got the power to control us court. Just couple of days ago announced the first jelibean galaxy nexus,and they reduced the price of galaxy nexus noticeably and in the same time apple showd his power. It is totally rediculous. I think apple already came to know that their future iphone 5 is no better than galaxy nexus and it is the golden time to stop the rival.
