The NEXUS series is made by Samsung per Google Spec so Apple in a sense is Banning Google!!! Google should take APPLE down.

Have ypou see the difference between the screen from SG3 and Xperia S, the Xperia S display is far better than any overhyped AM-Oled display, that's why Sony don't want such display in their device.
The Xperia S has the Best display from all Mobile device.

Surely this whole sorry affair rests entirely on Apple having to prove without any doubt that sales of the Galaxy Nexus actually have affected their sales figures? And as the market can swing up,down,left or right for no obvious reason then I can't see how they can ever prove this?

I understand that the judge's exact words were: Apple "has shown a likelihood of establishing both infringement and validity". Aren't all of these aggressive patent cases bad for business and image? A shame people don't show their frustration with their buying habits.

Got an idea...since these are all patents on software, all Google and Samsung need to do is sell the Galaxy nexus without software...maybe just the boot loader...and since it is a nexus device maybe Google can program the phone to remotely install Android on the first boot and data connection...without the so called infringing "patents" a device can then be removed from the US sales banned.

Yeah, I agree, Apple is a Loser, Android is the first to have the pulldown menu on the topbar, and Apple don't play Fair!! Oh God, How Shame on Them!!
I hope Google would File a Case to Apple to, it is clear that apple do patent on android's pulldown, may uses slide to unlock, including various manufacturer, like Nokia, many use voice activated applications, many uses and Microsoft do that first, "touchscreen word suggestion" as well as android..
POOR APPLE, AFRAID OF FALLING, ASSUMING AND PLAYING SAFE, LOSER APPLE..

TBH they already are and Apple knows it, they are very slowly losing their reputation, not saying the average person hates apple right now, but looking into the, rather distant, future they know they won't be able to keep up with Android.
So they'd rather fight in court while they can't fight in technology in the hope that people get the impression that everyone copies apple and not the other way round (which many people believe is true actually), and they occasionally succeed in getting a ban, such as in this case, even for the stupidest most unrealistic reasons.
It's a very dirty way to compete and very selfish (it basically means that instead of trying to keep up with technology by advancing, they are trying to slow technology to a very slow pace which they can keep up with), but smart business wise (for apple not for the consumer)... unless it gets to the point that the vast majority of people know how dirty Apple is playing, Apple can only benefit from this.
