I do agree that the new gnexus is too similar to the iPhone...because NEITHER CAN USE ADOBE FLASH! They are both horribly crippled internet browsers for the next few years while developers struggle to get html5 widespread enough to actually mean something useful.

For the record, this is a Google's phone not Samsung. It's running on stock Android. Only Samsung manufactures it. Just like the iPhone 4S, the software is all from Apple, but someone else manufactures it.

Apple lost the battle, and not man enough to fight back.
What Apple can do is dirty trick - band... so Apple can be number one seller again's as no competitor as what Apple though.
Apple is the world worst company, I won't support Apple due to Apple silly attitude.

Google phone is being banned for software patents. Not surprised here. Microsoft could get many Android phones banned too, but they just want money and almost all Android OEMs are paying Microsoft.

Wow, Apple is just annoying!
Gosh, how can people support a company like Apple. Honestly, it's beyond me. I simply cannot see the good in this company. I agree with what most of you have posted regarding Apple's ethics and morals. I imagine Apple's legal team is to blame for all this childish behaviour. As most of you have stated, Apple has taken various ideas and technologies from a variety of firms and has patented them as their own. Very monopolistic behaviour indeed.
As many have pointed out, Apple refuses to play on level grounds - instead of them innovating truly advanced products, they rather take their competition to court over pantents (which protect properties they didn't invent). I'm just tired of hearing that Apple is suing Samsung - Google - Microsoft - Adobe etc.
Regardless of whether Apple is right or wrong, they should compete like a decent and mature company - by out-preforming your competitors! I just wish others could realize that Apple isn't as "great" as it makes itself out to be, in fact the're pretty pathetic.

Apple has done the right thing. They patent their work. If they wont patent it, then some other will like Microsoft who patented the iPOD click wheel as Apple did not patent it for few years. Samsung should FALL.
