Nokia has a backup plan if Windows Phone 8 fails

As long as Nokia CEO Stephen Elop is there, so he won't make it happen to switch to Android.

          Please,DO NOT let Nokia join the Open headset Alliance,they dont BELONG,Nokia probaly gonna boast on how well they have done and so will their fanboys.

                    when you're the biggest, as nokia was a year ago, you should have all interesting operating systems in your packet as well as a very wide range of models. If Nokia made an N8 symbian, N8 android, N8 windows, they would still be number one.
