so this is the next plan of the mighty Nokia to earn extra income from its failing business ?? After slashing over 10,000 ppl, sold its Vertu, now trying to get a piece of Google and Asus ? One thing I know is that Nokia learn from Apple fast and they seems a bit smarter.

What a clever idea, Nokia has thoughtfully about their future with Android, their peaceful business strategy is something we should learn. And the evil Apple, should have noted!

All other phone makers that uses GSM and WIFI will be out of the Phone business if Nokia did sue them all.

Saying to these "other companies" to talk and license the patent only means NOKIA 100% of the time wins if these patent wars go to court.

(ex. Apple paying millions to Nokia till today)

as such there will be no Iphone and Galaxy phones

You don't want to get into a patent war with Nokia.

You'll just make a fool of yourself.

Nokia's R&D on communication technology is top notch.
